You can upgrade/downgrade your hosting service at any time through the Client Area.
Steps:

Log in to the Client Area.

Go to Services > select your hosting service.

Click Upgrade/Downgrade.

Choose your new plan.

Review pricing → click Continue.

An invoice (prorated if mid-cycle) will be generated.

Once paid, the upgrade/downgrade is applied automatically.
Troubleshooting:
-
Option not available → That product may not support upgrades. Open a ticket.

Resources not changing after upgrade → Check in Enhance Panel → may need a refresh/re-login.
